Individual music therapy

One-to-one music therapy sessions

Therapeutic support through music

Individual sessions are available for children, teenagers and adults who wish to engage in a therapeutic process using music as the primary therapeutic medium.

Singing, listening, instruments, improvisation and creative work offer a space where thoughts and emotions can be expressed when words alone are not enough.

Music creates a space for expression when words are no longer enough.

Every session is tailored to the individual, their pace and their needs.

No musical experience is required. Sessions may include music listening, singing, instrumental playing, improvisation, songwriting or other creative activities.
